Biography
Birth Memory
Mindo has a clear memory from the 1970s about planning his incarnation on Earth. This was more than 10 years before his physical birth. On the day of birth, he has a memory of entering his mother’s womb as a Bright Light. During birth, several events took place symbolizing the cleansing of the karmic cycles for the Family Tree that he chose to be born into.

Re-Awakening Period

In 2009 at the age of 24 Mindo went to live in New Zealand. He was residing on a mountain in Wellington in a Sacred Home where a rare and spontaneous Re-Awakening and Ascension event took place.
His Consciousness lifted out of the body and witnessed his body being infused and transformed with Light particles. This process took about 1,5 hours, after which all of his energy centres (Chakras) were activated.
He had a sudden Kundalini Awakening and his Psychic Powers and gifts from his past lives were restored in this single event.

After this awakening, he went to live in Auckland where he began a very intense and rigorous 3 weeks of 24/7 training with Ascended Masters and Enlightened Beings, who guided him from within and showed all possibilities of his new abilities.

It is at this time that Mindo's inner self told him that what he is, is Awareness Itself, and thus a conscious process of returning to Enlightenment began.
While residing in New Zealand he met many spiritual teachers and healers, and they all confirmed that he was a being of Great Light. Any spiritual practice, meditation technique, healing method, energy work practice Mindo learned and mastered with great ease and joy, quickly and effortlessly. He spent over 20,000 hours immersed in a deep meditative state.
Public Appearance
In 2012 he was guided intuitively to go and live in Malta, an ancient Mediterranean Island where he settled and started to teach openly to the public.

While living in Malta he spent a few years taking time to mature into Presence Consciousness and Non-Dual Realization. During this time he was diving into all aspects of the Levels of Consciousness and mastering meditation techniques, practices and energy work.
Enlightenment Re-Realization
It was in 2014, at the physical age of 29 that Mindo returned to the first state of Enlightenment. Mindo has not met any physical Enlightened teachers or Gurus prior to that, however, he received Grace and Blessings from countless Enlightened beings, Avatars, and Ascended Masters in the higher realm to allow this re-realization of Enlightenment to occur. Mindo opened to Full Consciousness in 2016 at the age of 30, just before his 31st birthday.
Influences
Mindo was mainly influenced by Mahavatar Babaji, Sri Lahiri Mahasaya, Avatar Sathya Sai Baba, Ascended Master Saint Germain, Sri Ramana Maharshi, and Sri Papaji who blessed and supported his journey into Self-Realization.
Previous Lifetimes
In his previous lifetimes Mindo has incarnated on Earth with a purpose to raise Humanity’s Collective Consciousness and to bring a balance of Light on Earth. He has notable incarnations in Egypt, as a famous Greek philosopher, Jnanavatar (Avatar of Wisdom) in India, a Chinese legendary kung fu master, Zen Master in the East and a High Priest in the West.
2016 May – Accomplishment of the First Global Mission: Activation of the Land of Greece
It was in 2016 May when Mindo was traveling in Greece with his twin flame Lyonne Sundari where they traveled to the temple of Poseidon where Mindo re-awakened the temple on the hill with the help of Lyonne Sundari, which in turn jump-started the energy ley-lines of Greece.

Activation of all temples and ley-lines of Greece was an important event for activation-integration with the European Energy Grid of Light. This was crucial for the Planetary Grid of Light activation at the end of 2016.
​
Prior to that, Mindo has activated many sacred mountains and vortexes around the world and has cleared large areas or lands, Islands, and even whole countries of some of the lowest vibrational energies for the preparation of the Planetary Grid of Light Activation. The scope and responsibility of this work can only be attributed to Physical Ascended Masters currently living on Earth.
2018 August & 2019 January – Raising the Collective Humanity’s Mass Consciousness
Mindo assisted in raising the “Collective Humanity’s Mass Consciousness” into the higher Light in August 2018 and then again on January 21st, 2019.
Mindo and his worldwide community were counterbalancing the Consciousness of over 75 million people on Earth.
2019 - Teaching Meditation & Satsang Teachers
In 2019 Mindo started to give a formal Meditation Teacher Training Course (see more info). Some more advanced students of Sat Mindo started to give public Satsangs (see more info).
2019 August – Growing Global Influence
In August 2019 while visiting the European Alps mountain range in Austria, Mindo received the honor and responsibility to take care of the European energy system and the spiritual/consciousness aspects of a large part of its population. In September 2019 while visiting the Heart Center of the Earth in Glastonbury in the UK it was confirmed by Saint Germain that this responsibility and honor was indeed bestowed from the Higher Realms, following the lineage of the true heavenly order on Earth.
2020 January 11/12 - Global Unity and more Positive Global Timeline
In January 2020, the rare planetary alignments have created a window of opportunity during which the Collective Mass Consciousness of Humanity has uplifted again to a higher Light. Mindo together with the New Humanity Life Academy team and students around the world have contributed greatly to this event by organizing a global group meditation. During this event, an unprecedented unity of consciousness took place among all people who hold the light for this Earth that resulted in a great shift of Global Timeline, for a more positive future for all.
2020 September 23 - Birth of the New Humanity Civilization Initiative
In September 2020, important positive timeline landmark events took place and the New Humanity Civilization Initiative was born. Mindo has envisioned the role of New Humanity Foundation as a supporting and guiding organization for the birth of New Humanity Civilization which is a Uniting and Open Initiative with the aim to create a New, Open, Beautiful, Conscious and Advanced Civilization as a next evolutionary step of Humanity.
2021 April-May - Age of Aquarius Positive Timeline Adjustments, Bridge of Light
During the months of April & May of 2021, there has been an intense period of adjustments of global energies and the collective consciousness of humanity. Mindo played a key role in the African/Egyptian/European energy grid network, by acting as a "bridge-of-light" for light-energy transfer.
2021 May - Launch of the Galactic Academy
On May 27th, 2021 a new project has been launched aimed at guiding humanity to become a Galactic Civilization and providing a Path of Ascension. Galactic Academy is a result of over a decade of experience and research about various topics, such as Ascension, Disclosure, and Exo-politics.

2021 Nov. Ascended Masters Acknowledgement, "Bridge-of-Light", "Sat" Title
In November 2021, Mindo Damalis has received acknowledgments from Ascended Masters for being one of the few most powerful physical "Bridge-of-Light" beings on Earth during this Earth Ascension period.
He also received the title "Sat", which in root language (Sanskrit) means "Pure, Ultimate Reality, Godly, the True Essence", thus his full name is now updated to "Sat Mindo Damalis", although he still prefers to be addressed simply as "Mindo".
