This practice incorporates two types of Pranayama/Breathing exercises with visualization and retention techniques to help you purify your energy centers of stagnant energies. Kriya and Pranayama are the most important techniques of Kriya Yoga. Kriya and Pranayama practices focus on clearing and rejuvenating the main three Nadis (Ida, Pingala & Sushumna) found in our spine and the seven chakras, or energy vortexes.
